A home shown here may already be let. Verify all details and documents on site before making any payment.
Give us the configuration, the area and the budget. We will tell you honestly what is available at that number in that part of Gurugram — including when the answer is that you should adjust one of the three.

Premium 4 BHK floors and apartments generally run from about ₹1 lakh a month in Sushant Lok and Sector 56, up to ₹2.5 lakh for new-construction floors in DLF Phase 2 and on Golf Course Road. Furnishing, floor, and whether a terrace or servant quarter is included move the figure within that range.

Any brokerage or service fee that applies is disclosed to you in writing before you commit to anything. Nothing is payable simply for viewing a property or speaking to us, and you should never transfer money to anyone on the basis of a website listing alone.
Several of the owners we work with accept company lease. Mention it on the first call — it usually needs a slightly different agreement and its own GST handling, and it is easier to arrange before terms are discussed than after.
Usually, yes. Gurugram inventory moves quickly and not everything we have access to is on the site at any moment. Tell us the configuration, area and budget you need — through the chat, WhatsApp or a call — and we will come back with what is genuinely available.
We update the page as properties are taken. Even so, a home shown here may have been let very recently — please confirm availability with us before planning a visit.
